This website is an online store selling products online (hereinafter referred to as BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop”) of the company under the name “TZOUVARAS MICHAIL”, and distinctive title “BELLO BELLO MYKONOS” ( VAT Registration Number EL102859927 Tax Authority of Mykonos, General Commercial Registry No.:), having its registered office in Mykonos, 26 Florou Zouganeli Str., P.C. 84600 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

These Terms of Use set, in a clear and comprehensible manner, the terms governing and regulating the relations of the Company with each visitor and/or customer of the BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop in accordance with Law 2251/1994 on the “Protection of Consumers”, the Law 2472/1997 on the “Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data”,  Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation)and the International and European law on issues related to e-commerce (Directive 2000/31 / EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003, Presidential Decree  150/2001), as currently in force.

PURCHASE POLICY

General terms

The BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop serves customers worldwide.

The rest of the products are provided by the Company only for your information and may be ordered only upon special consultation, if they are available.

The price of each product is the one referred to on our website, next to each product and includes VAT (24%). These prices concern products and quantities available in the Company’s warehouse.

The Company reserves the right to change, without notice, the items available, their prices, the shipping charges as well as the mode of operation of the BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop. For this reason, it is recommended that you are informed of the terms of use thereof each time you use this website.

Placing/Cancellation of an order

Placing a Product order is a binding purchase proposal for these Products in the total price shown at the time of placing the order; such a price includes VAT, packing and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts you are entitled to as a visitor/customer. Your order is completed when the Company has accepted it by sending a relevant written confirmation, namely an email, to you at the email address you had provided when placing this order. Should you not receive a confirmation email for your order, please contact the BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop immediately at [email protected] in order to request that your order be successfully completed.

An order that has been registered and has not yet been delivered may be canceled (in whole or in part), within the time period between its submission and the notice of confirmation of its shipment. After this moment, it is not possible to cancel it. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part), you should send an e-mail to [email protected].

Payment

A. By charging your credit card

The payment of your order can be safely carried out by credit, debit or prepaid VISA, MASTERCARD MAESTRO, CHINA UNION PAY, AMERICAN EXPRESS card of any bank.

For additional security of your online credit card transactions, these are carried out via Alpha Bank’s Alpha e-Commerce system. The bank applies state-of-the-art countermeasures in order to keep your transactions intact, protect your data and safeguard access of any third parties. Thus, the transactions you make with the company “TZOUVARAS MICHAIL” through credit cards are absolutely safe. We do not collect or store your credit card information in any way whatsoever, so you need to re-register it each time you use your credit card for transactions.

B. By PayPal

By selecting the Paypal payment you will be transferred to the Paypal website (online secure trading system) where you can pay either with your credit/debit card or via your Paypal account. The PayPal payment procedure is fully automated. During this process, no personal information (including the credit card number) is stored in the Company’s electronic system.

Shipment

BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop offers products for online purchase to customers within and outside Greece. 

COST OF SHIPPING

Orders are shipped through Hellenic Post (ELTA) courier company following confirmation of payment.

• • • Orders equal or over 50,00€ are shipped free of charge.
    • For orders under 50,00€ shipping cost is set at 4,00€.

    • Paintings are shipped free of charge Worldwide.

The indicated prices include VAT.

In addition, shipping to countries outside Europe are subject to customs charges. These charges are extra to the shipping cost, are covered by the customer and differ from country to country. Thus, customers are advised to contact their local customs office to guide them accordingly, so as not to be surprised by charges they are not prepared for.

DELIVERY TIME 

Products are delivered by BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop to the courier company within 1 to 3 workdays from the date your order was confirmed, unless expressly stated in the product page. 

In any case, the delivery will be scheduled in accordance with the availability of the product either stated on the product webpage or sent to you by the BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop administrators. The aforementioned time estimations may differ in cases of force majeure.

Return policy

General terms

You have the right to return any products purchased within 14 calendar days and request their exchange. After 14 calendar days from the day the product has been received by the user, no right of return can be granted.  The aforementioned time limit starts from the receipt of the products. Shipping fees and insurance are the responsibility of the consumer.

NON ACCEPTABLE RETURNS

The returned products must be at the same condition that they were shipped from BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop and received by the client, complete and without any signs of damage. The packaging must be the one used for the delivery of the goods and in perfect condition, accompanied by all documents of shipment (Document of Transport, Receipt etc.). Returns which do not cover the above conditions Will Not be Accepted, and will be returned to the client at his cost.

RETURN PROCEDURE

RETURN OF FUNDS

We will not return any funds but we will exchange the products.

In case you ask for a change of a product and the product to be changed is of a lower value than the one of the original order, the monetary difference will not be refunded but will be credited to your name for future purchases.

BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop shall not be held liable for any loss or deterioration of returned goods during transportation.

In case the products are returned damaged or defective, then BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop shall have the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which shall be determined by the condition of the products, and proceed unilaterally to a partial offset of their claim against the customer’s claim.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company makes any effort in order to ensure that the information appearing on the BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop is accurate, complete and updated on a regular basis. By using this website, the visitor and/or the customer accepts and is bound by the terms and conditions applicable on the date of its use.

The Company does not guarantee the completeness of the information contained in the BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop, nor does it guarantee that the use of this website will be without interruptions or errors or that, in the event of errors, they will be immediately rectified. The company is exclusively liable for any malice and gross negligence in the event of delay as regards the delivery of the products ordered and for any information or services that the company itself provides via its website. 

APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS

These terms and conditions, as well as any amendments thereto, are governed and construed in accordance with the Greek law.

If any provision is declared to be null or void, it shall automatically cease to be in force, without the validity of the remaining terms being in any way affected.

For any dispute arising out of the use of the BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop, there shall have jurisdiction ratione materiae the competent courts of Syros, Greece.
