You have the right to return any products purchased within 14 calendar days and request their exchange. After 14 calendar days from the day the product has been received by the user, no right of return can be granted.  The aforementioned time limit starts from the receipt of the products. Shipping fees and insurance are the responsibility of the consumer.

The returned products must be at the same condition that they were shipped from BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop and received by the client, complete and without any signs of damage. The packaging must be the one used for the delivery of the goods and in perfect condition, accompanied by all documents of shipment (Document of Transport, Receipt etc.). Returns which do not cover the above conditions Will Not be Accepted, and will be returned to the client at his cost. 


The procedure is simple and can be done as follows:

Contact us through email at [email protected], including your full name, your order number, briefly explaining the reason of the return and which products you would like  to receive as replacement. 

Upon receipt of your return a thorough check will be executed and if no problem or defect arises with the product, the packaging or the accompanying documents you will be notified by email for its acceptance. 


We will not return any funds but we will exchange the products.

In case you ask for a change of a product and the product to be changed is of a lower value than the one of the original order, the monetary difference will not refunded but will be credited to your name for future purchases.

BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop shall not be held liable for any loss or deterioration of returned goods during transportation.

In case the products are returned damaged or defective, then BELLOBELLOMYKONOS eShop shall have the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which shall be determined by the condition of the products, and proceed unilaterally to a partial offset of their claim against the customer’s claim.
